This residential villa project in Turkey reflects our engineering office’s comprehensive capability in architectural design, interior design, lighting, and execution coordination. The villa consists of two floors with a total built-up area of approximately 300 m², designed to provide functional comfort, visual balance, and modern living standards.

Design & Interior Concept

The interior design adopts a contemporary style characterized by clean lines, neutral tones, and carefully selected materials. Open-plan living spaces connect the living room, dining area, and kitchen, enhancing spatial flow and natural light penetration.

Lighting & Spatial Coordination

Special attention was given to lighting design, using concealed LED strips, spotlights, and decorative fixtures to highlight architectural details and create a warm, balanced atmosphere throughout the villa.
