Client Obligations

Timely Payments

Site Access

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created during the course of our work is subject to the following:

All architectural drawings and designs remain our property until full payment is received.

Client License
Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use designs for the specified project only.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the scope of services provided:
We provide a one-year warranty on workmanship from the date of project completion. Structural elements may have extended warranty as specified in the contract.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:
Termination by Client
Clients may terminate with written notice. Payment is due for all work completed plus reasonable termination costs.
Termination by Company
We may terminate for non-payment, breach of terms, or if project becomes legally or practically unfeasible.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays due to circumstances beyond control including natural disasters or civil unrest.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through the competent courts.
