Khan Shaykhun Slaughterhouse – Idlib

Project Overview

This project delivers a complete slaughterhouse facility for cattle and sheep serving Khan Shaykhun city in Idlib. It supports reconstruction efforts by providing essential service infrastructure with proper engineering execution from day one.

Work Progress (First Month)

• Topographic survey and site rehabilitation
• Setting-out, excavation of foundations, and ground preparation
• Rebar preparation for footings, tie beams, and column bases
• Pouring blinding concrete (clean concrete) to ensure accurate foundation work
• Preparing footings and tie beams to ensure a solid and safe structural base
• Final rebar readiness for reinforced concrete pouring

Engineering Supervision

Continuous on-site supervision was implemented to prevent mistakes before they occur, ensure compliance with specifications, and maintain quality across every step.
